Why should this player be punished?: The user tiered my Tesla after stealing it from Business Underground, I do not know why they did so but I was given info that they had crashed at 77 mph in City Junction, I would like to know why and so on to see if it was intentional or very reckless driving in a vehicle that was not theirs.

HuskyD0G:
"Based off logs alone I don't see anything that screams "Intentional" seems they might have got in a wreck somehow at the junction turn off, near city gas"

"The player wrecked at 77mph, but I cannot go just off that"

Again, thank you for the help HuskyD0G.

Hi, the reason I was driving so fast is due to the fact I was being chased by police, I did not intend to wreck their vehicle also there was a roadcrew who was on the wrong side of the road so this was not my fault thank you.

It would be lovely with a demo, ive seen my vehicle get tiered too many times now for no reasons.

Hello, I'm in my demo files I have only got 2 files which isnt the one you named, I think its because I had to re install gmod.
Why did you enter the City though in a stolen vehicle, really brights you up as police is frequently patrolling the stop sign next to City Gas Station and its what, 20 meters from pd.

After checking logs, it is very evident @GamingWithGold is telling the truth.

Officers were actively chasing them, and while I cannot confirm the road crew was recklessly driving. We don’t have a demo to check, plus being chased by police was enough of a reason to at least be going over the speed limit.

@GamingWithGold please make sure to have your demos available for the next time because if it wasn’t very obvious from logs what happened, you’d most likely be issued a punishment for 1.6.
