Why should this player be punished?: Me and Al Capone believe that the players broke 3.4, as you can see, Favel bomber kept getting on his phone even tho he was being told multiple times to not pull his phone out. He pulled out his phone and called his org to help. Maybe they even metagamed, not sure about that tho.

Both Ghandis flip flop and Favel bomber both pulled out their phones while I was gping them and they probably both sent messages to their org that they were getting gping or whatever. I told Favel bomber to stop pulling out his phone multiple times and he said "he was playing flappy bird" and "can I play flappy bird" leading to him putting his life at risk for no reason at all when it could all be avoided.
