Why should this player be punished?: Hello i was driving around patrolling, ive then spotted boby aiming a firearm towards me and so i decided to pursue him on foot, when i was close to him in the subs park i kept repeating put ur hands up / surrender, which he failed to listen to. Ive then shot his friends vehicle as he tried to flee with him disabling it - he then jumped out, ran 3 more feet and pulled out the rifle in front of 2 TFU causing his swift black screen death @Daan
