Why should this player be punished?: I was mugging him where he did not fear his life. Also going back to a crime scene where he almost got murdered within 2 minutes of the incident to burn my place down. Also loitering around me (On the bridge)

Hi @Electronic Revlolutions, a tick is the time used in a demo, it doesnt go in seconds but goes in ticks. So he is asking for the tick (timestamp) within the demo itself when the situation you are talking about occurs.
