Why should this player be punished?: I was stood outside the police department AFK for a couple of minutes doing something irl, i come back to my pc and i tab into the game and see that im dead, since only 1 single helper was on, and i couldnt clip it because i was tabbed out, i went into my demos and reviewed it. It appears this new player blatantly decided to kill me for no reason. He was quite literally just running around with a deagle and then he found me and crouched behind a wall waiting to see if i was afk i presume?? Clearly just no intent to roleplay and blatant rdm. Server had just restarted an hour ago and i had done nothing / 0 roleplay interactions with anyone that could have caused this to be valid.

I Have no words for this it was just a mindless kill i did not thinking it would have major consequences

Their reasoning is insufficient and they will be receiving a 1 week ban from the server as they have been doing this consistently for the last hour or so.
