My friend was driving my car and then he damaged it a bit so then he asked a roadcrew at bazaar to fix it and then he drove off not paying. The roadcrew then followed us to PD public parking and he then towed my car whilst the car was turned on and i was in the car also making me hurt in the process while my car was tiered because of it.
