Why should this player be punished?: brother shot me outside of pd straight into my head with a glock 20 for, from my perspective no valid reason, I have not interacted with this man in any way that would warrant such a gruesome act. Mightn't I also add that @g lonk said he would take this action request in the f6 I made moments after my would be assassination.

Was a miss shoot, i was in the storage delling whit other action and shoot in that direction, you can see the bullet pierc the tv. i was not aiming for him was a collateral dmg

I've watched Neeko's demo and found that they weren't directly aiming for you but did shoot into the crowd resulting in your death. This also showed them to have immediately stored their firearm after shooting.
