Why should this player be punished?: Players kidnapped me for seemingly no reason at city hall a second after I became a mayor. I made a f6 report but both users already disconnected. I made a AR because Wescott told me to do so.

@Greg7219 please explain why you kidnapped the Mayor just after they had been elected when they had not done anything that harmed your interests/gave you cause under 2.5. Please then explain why you used this to enable you to break into the Police Department when none of your associates had been incarcerated for 7+ years, and finally why you encouraged a new player to do this with you?

I have spoken to IrlBat (Chen Saint) in-game. They are a new player with far less culpability than @Greg7219 (Mikey Dover). Based on what they have told me I am confident that when Mikey Dover approached Chen Saint to kidnap you, to - not only use you to raid the Police Department - but then to threaten you to make changes to the city (when you had just been elected and had zero opportunity to actually to make good on any of your campaign promises), he likely believed that Mikey Dover was an experienced player and took their assurances around what they were doing being perfectly acceptable at face value.

For that reason, Chen Saint will only be receiving a warning for their involvement in this. They were extremely forthcoming in the report and also extremely apologetic, and I am hoping they heeded my advice around taking other people whom they do not know at their word. The warning will include 2.5, 3.4, and 5.6.

Mikey Dover however is a far more experienced player, who has recently had an existing ban extended already. I also believe based on prior dealings with Mikey Dover - particularly the warning I issued on 5 April 2026 - that they have not actually read the rules fully, and simply refuse to clarify anything with staff. Given the fact that so many other unsuspecting players were affected by the grenade usage as well, I will be extending their current 2-week ban (already extended) even further to 1 month. The extension will include 1.4, 2.5, 3.4, 3.12, and 5.6.
