Why should this player be punished?: I had under two seconds to surrender before he shot and killed me. I never pulled my weapon out the clip doesn't show it but I was fiddling with something in the trunk menu when I got ran up on and killed in under 2 seconds before I could comply. @Grimey22 has a bad history with breaking rules and I felt this mugging was unlawful. My party's car was already in motion and was never given a chance to comply with the mugger.
