Why should this player be punished?: they had iligal base deffence and was using a workbench to hide that i dided to and lost my deagle they also had this fuck ass tv playing this blaring noise but idk if thats allowed.

Looking through logs, the person who placed the barricades was not the person who killed you, and I am currently looking at two likely suspects.

As the first suspect does not have a forums account, I will contact them off-platform if possible, in addition to the reported individual.

Ilyasikdum, whom gtagangsta2014 was playing with also responded to me on Steam and has provided their own statement confirming prop ownership. They have not built anything that violated the building guidelines.

The initial person reported has been in contact with me over Steam and has admitted ownership of the props reported.
For the incorrect placement of the spotlight as part of a defense and the disruptive placement of a couch near the entryway to the bedroom, the user; gtagangsta2014 will receive a warning for rule 3.6.

User BomBom was the one who placed the marble bust as part of the defense. As such they will also be issued a warning for 3.6.



You are not eligible for a refund as the placement of the spotlight did not contribute in any major way to the outcome of the situation. It would have been the same as if it had been placed on top of a barrier like it should have and still obscured his position.
Also as a note for the future; if a TV is annoying you, shoot it to disable it. I've spoken to the user regarding using videos made specifically to hurt other players' ears though and have discouraged it.
