Why should this player be punished?: This guy mugged me in public. i was going inside my business shop and then this guy ran after me and gunpointed me. He said go to the backroom so i did and dropped all my stuff. suddenly Peng ling-ling came (MustiK6 - STEAM_0:0:91773920) and zipties me to check if i dropped all of my stuff. I dont know how he knew Hypo was mugging me, but he came for some reason. 3.4 Putting your Life at Risk 5.1 Mugging - Muggings should only take place in locations which are out of the view of the public. Players may not be forced to move out of public view under gunpoint prior to the mugging.
