Why should this player be punished?: Earlier this morning I was at pd parking lot and I was trying to leave when suddenly EMS Clyde White crashed on purpose into me then proceeded to follow me to storage where again he crashed into my car. A police officer appeard and tried to stop him but he refused to comply then drove away. Later i returned to pd parking lot where i was speaking to an officer about the situation and Durell Smith came up to the officer and proceeded to be racist. After that Clyde White and Durell Smith appeard again and once again started harassing me and lying to the police that i was punching them.

I will attempt to contact Durell Smith on Steam. They do not have a Discord or forums account linked. I will give them 48 hours to respond.

Both users failed to respond in a timely manner. I will judge the situation based on the evidence provided.

User: Clyde White
Violated rules 3.15 and 4.1. As a medic, they were purposely ramming your vehicle without reason and attempted to get you arrested by providing false information over the radio to the officers on duty.

User: Durell Smith
Violated rules 1.2 and 4.1. He made a racial remark towards you and also participated in providing false information to the officers on duty over the radio.

Clyde White has already been banned for 3 months. I will update the ban reason to reflect this Action Request:
3.15, 4.1 – The user, as a medic, deliberately rammed their ambulance into an innocent player's vehicle for no clear reason and provided false information to officers over the radio in an attempt to have the innocent player arrested.

Durell Smith will receive a 3-day ban:
1.2, 4.1 – The user made a racial remark toward another player and provided false information to officers over the radio in an attempt to have an innocent player arrested.
