Why should this player be punished?: Me and my org had KOS on the user due to the fact that he had joined the org, stolen from us and left immediately after doing this. When he did this, his name was Henri Leven. Presumably to avoid being found by us, he changed his name to Roam Stirke and also changed his clothes. This was within the 2 hour KOS window. This violates 3.14.
Please check the logs for the name change. I can provide proof of him stealing from us if need be.
He also broke 3.4 by attempting to drive away under gunpoint. I don't have a clip of this, but can provide a demo tomorrow.
