Player's Roleplay Name: Abdul Jagget

Why should this player be punished?: We were scouting these players out for around 20 minutes, Jagget was seen going inside the base multiple times so we knew he had keys, upon catching him leaving the residence he was gunpointed and instructed to move to the door, the player stalled out the roleplay, breaking character saying he's recording and I can't do that and refused to move, then picked up his gun at gunpoint, all ultimately resulting in my death.
The player has since ran to PD, and told me to "crawl back up my mothers cunt" smashed me with a glass bottle, and then fire extinguished me for no reason. The player had also quit shortly after committing these crimes of assault with police officers in the immediate area.

I have spoken to @tommypenguin8 in-game; he has been made aware of how his actions were in direct violation of the server rules.

@tommypenguin8 will be banned for 1 month
2.5, 2.6, 3.4, 3.20, 3.21 - The user failed to comply while held at gunpoint; instead, they complained to the player, claiming the actions were not allowed and stating they were recording the situation rather than reporting the situation through a F6. Later, the user threw a bottle at the player and sprayed them with a fire extinguisher for no reason, before disconnecting without waiting the required 10 minutes when committing a crime.

@BI$HOP The place where you held @tommypenguin8 at gunpoint is a public area. The user had already run a decent distance away from his property. We usually only allow people to hold others at gunpoint outside of their doorway or pretty close to it. I will have to refer you to Rule 5.6.

5.6 Kidnapping
You can only take others hostage when the benefits outweigh the risks and it is absolutely necessary, such as to substantially increase your chances of escaping Police. You cannot kidnap someone from a public area just so you can mug or raid them.

You must refer to Rule 3.4 in deciding whether kidnapping someone benefits you.

For this reason, @BI$HOP will receive a warning for Rule 5.6.
5.6 - The user held a player at gunpoint in a public area in an attempt to force them to open the door for a raid.
