At first I didn't know I would be taken as a hostage. I met them at bazaar and thought they were cool and wanted to hang out with them for a while. I went into their car and we drove around for a little. We went to the bank to buy farm so we could chill there then I think it was Ati that pulled out their gun and told me I'm a hostage. At first I didn't think they were being serious but I still tried to take everything seriously. Ati's friend also didn't know Ati was going to take me as a hostage but decided to join in for the cool/fun roleplay. I played along with their hostage situation roleplay because I didn't want to get shot. I also didn't know if I could have said no to being an hostage in LOOC and I still don't know if I can. I didn't know it would be against the rules I'm very sorry, if I knew I would've told them in LOOC it's not allowed. They also didn't know it was against the rules and wanted to create a fun/cool roleplay situation like they said above. I'm sorry for everyone that was affected by this roleplay idea. I would've changed the taxes so it wouldn't be against the rules and we could still do the cool/fun roleplay idea without breaking any rules but it was so random and I didn't get the chance to do anything because Ati made me a hostage very suddenly and at the time I didn't know it was against the rules. I'm sorry again for not knowing it was against the rules, I'll do better in the future and make sure I say no next time if there isn't a valid reason to take me as a hostage.

IMO they dont really need a demo going off statements by people, I genuinely believe you had no malicious intent and wanted to promote good RP just had a small oversight is all, at the end of the day we are all human and could have done better

There is enough evidence here to reach a conclusion.

@ati ツ regardless of intent, your actions broke the rules. As someone who has played for as long as you have, you should have known better. Given the fact you were let off of a 3 month ban recently, you will be recieving a one month ban.

Lagatox (or Rudolf Nase) will also be recieving a shorter ban, as their recent history is not as poor.

@attacker1983 You will be recieving a warning for 3.21, in future please make sure to keep things IC, even when you suspect a rule has been broken.
