Why should this player be punished?: User pulled a gun while under gunpoint. Also hid behind a citizen while doing so, when I could have easily shot them and killed them quickly. I only stalled because I didnt want to shoot the unarmed woman.

@mocho can you close this AR? its clear to me the guy was stuck in an animation to pick up gun from storage. I had my friend show me the animation at full so I knew what it looked like
