Why should this player be punished?: 3.15 3.4, telling me im going to get banned IC. He then further breaks 3.4 by lingering around regals four after mugging two players for zero reason, says on phone "hostage situation", there was no advantage to use a hostage if his raid and mug is silent. He lingered for 6 minutes after mugging two players which led to his unnecessary death.

As no response has been received from @Rintaro decision will be made based on the evidence provided. 2.2 is shown as being broken via the use of IC communication to allude to the creator being banned. 3.4 is broken as it does appear from the clips that @Rintaro remained at the scene of raid which had been carried out silently and without PD response for an extended period of time, seemingly to try and cause an engagement between themselves and officers, endangering their life/freedom when they could have escaped prior to police response. Considering the players record, a 2 week ban has been issued.
