Why should this player be punished?: user broke 3.4 and also kept intentionally afking/denying zip tie requests TWICE (this might not be on clip). Very consistent stalling via afk and just denying consent requests (being difficult) and then when i tried to get him to open the door of office he ran off resulting in his death

User has failed to accept my Steam friend request, as well as the Discord one. He also has Discord DMs blocked for non-friends, so I could not get in touch with him. In any case, the evidence is clear enough, so I will be extending his existing ban.
