Peter Hughes and I conducted a traffic stop on Ava Fox for excessive speeds, and failing to stop for a stop sign, causing a collision with an officer. During the traffic stop (Ava fox not having ANY DNA or raids to my knowledge in the recent past), the user in the report (James Disney) randomly came out and opened fire, risking his life for no reason. This happened yesterday around 3:00 PM EST and I'm making the AR today as I had to leave to deal with something personal for a few hours. If for some reason the user is not James Disney I'm sure he can be found in the logs being killed by officer Peter Hughes around 3:00 PM EST

User has been warned for 3.4, 2.5 - Opened fire on PD while his friends were in cuffs for no apparent reason.
