Why should this player be punished?: ran me over, after getting gun pointed refused to leave the car drove off after a few seconds then came back and killed me and my friend making us lose our guns, didn't get his name so assuming logs can help

I've given the @hotchilipepper312 plenty of time to respond, during which they visited the forums. As the user currently has an outstanding ban for 2 weeks for:

2.5, 5.1 - Attempted to gunpoint and rob somebody who had a weapon in their hand which resulted in the death of the person. // Extended: 3.15 - User stole a vehicle wrecked and tiered it in front of office at a high rate of speed

I'll be extending the ban to 3 weeks for:

3.4 - User failed to cooperate with orders given under gunpoint by another player whilst they were stationary with their vehicle, then proceeded to drive off.
