Why should this player be punished?: He failed 3.4 by breaking gunpoint very clearly here sitting in his car. He did this by speeding up even though he had a gun point blank to his face, and he was completly still

From my POV I thought I had time to drive away and my thought process was I can get around the land rover quickly which provided me with cover and then more time to get away. At the time I thought this was okay as you couldn't shoot me until I was far away proving the fact that I had a good few seconds to get a decent distance away from him giving me a chance. However, I can see now after looking from your POV that it may be misinterpreted and I may be in the wrong so deeply apologise

What do you mean from your pov you thought you had time. Its very clear that i stood in your face with a gun and you decided to floor it

There was less than a second between the gun in my face and me driving off and I clearly made enough distance and got around the corner of the car quick enough to avoid being shot straight away by you
