Why should this player be punished?: I was just chilling outside my business shop and he randomly pulled out a gun and killed me for no reason.

Since the provided clip has no audio, I have no idea what you said to them during the time you were speaking, I need to verify what happened more clearly therefore I proceeded with a demo request from a player who was there on TS with you to listen in, which is why this may take a while, for your information.

As stated, the reason why this took a while is I was able to receive the demos from another player's POV just yesterday to confirm whether or not you said anything toward them that would allow them to kill you and it seems that no proper altercation happened in between you, the player just shot you.

I'll be giving them a two-day ban for their actions, you should consider stopping ALT accounting as well
