Why should this player be punished?: So to give you a little bit of background lore, I was driving on oak hill about an hour ago and someone came towards me on my side of the road and totaled my car and killed himself, upon revival i state to him that he shall pay me back and an Officer By the name Alfonso Cicco 3413 took on the quest to interrogate the perpertrator Jordan Hunter. He refused to give me the money for the tiering of the car.
