Why should this player be punished?: 3.5, 2.2: Player was in a collision with myself. I told him I can repair his car for $500, he tried confusing me, by saying that roadcrew only needs to be paid after a repair, in order to flee without paying. While I continued refusing (as I requested to be paid in full by him before repair took place), he threatened me with calling admins on me and pretended to read a non-existent excerpt, presumably, of the rule regarding RC (4.4). Afterward, police arrived as I had reported said collision. Player was voted in office and soon after lowered only my pay as a result of a petty revenge and NLR break, as he acted on information gained in his prior life as a civilian.

@SMaZZ Why did you break character twice during this situation and attempted to quote rules whilst in RP, In addition to this, can you provide your statement regarding why you had decreased RCs pay as mayor after winning the election due to this situation.

@SMaZZ will be issued a warning for breaking character here, as you had done so twice in the evidence provided.

However I'm unable to confirm the state of the city at the time, as well as the fact that it was changed several times within different time periods, as such no punishment will be issued for 3.5.
