Why should this player be punished?: He had valid KOS on me in fairness to him, but he walks out mid PD shootout and kills me lol

Clip is kinda shit but logs confirm it was him, even if all cops where dead (they where not) considering he broke out of zips moments prior he didnt take enough precaution

Hi Guys,
You have the wrong idea about the zips and i didn't leave my house either.
Idk if ur talking about me being in zips but ive never been zipped since i started playing again a few days ago.
I shot you from my upstairs window.
My defence for killing you is that i don't like raiders and i wanted to help the cops. Also you were right next to my house spraying your gun.
Ive been raided a dozen times and it does my head in.
Tbf i was the one to begin with who called the cops as i saw the house across the way being raided and usually when one house gets raided they come to another so i saw the opening to take out a raider which in doing so made the cops win.
from my pov all i saw was Mushroom shooting towards the cops.
Anyway mb i guess.
ALSO, afterwards i spoke to the police and they actually thanked me for getting invovled, they said it was stupid but they were thankful.

Involving yourself in a shootout with police on scene is considered 3.4 here, think of it like this whilst you probably had good intentions the police have no idea of and you just shot someone in-front of them whilst being visibly armed your putting your own life at risk because you WILL get shot by police for that

I mean just keep the gun for now and lets see what Matthew says

My bad for killing u bro,
When i shot u, i did it from a window and i wasn't shot at by the police for it either. I also had my windows covered so there was no way of anyone seeing me shoot u.
The police only found out i shot u because of DNA and they ruled it self defence.
Again if i did break that rule i apologise and ill gladly return the items regardless.
