Why should this player be punished?: The user, had recently raided a new player (ew) And began transporting drugs, I will not let something like that slide and countered them. After killing his friend, I gunpointed Irwin, only for him to pull his gun out and sadly attempt to shoot me, which lead to his death

From my perspective he just mowed down radio rovio and i pulled a gun straight ahead after he started shooting. I can look if i still have the clip after i get on my pc but if not you guys are free to check my demo

In the clip it is clear that @Baba is firing in the general direction of @Keisari Jorgos I, hereby killing their friend. In the moment it looks like @Keisari Jorgos I is also about to be blasted and thus it makes perfect sense for them to pull their weapon to defend themselves here.
