However, if you do believe that the staff member did not handle your report correctly, you may create a staff complaint so the senior management team can look at the report logs.
Regarding your further concerns, I do not believe the actions shown in the video are a violation of rule 3.4. You were selling drugs at the drug dealer while still being occupied with the drug dealer, and the player approached you from some distance with a baseball bat. While the approach could be considered risky from your point of view, they were fast and had a clear plan to use the baseball bat to disarm you, and they also had backup with a firearm nearby. Considering this, I do not believe the player put their own life at unreasonable risk by approaching you in this manner.
As for rule 5.1, I also do not believe this applies in this situation. The player was not attempting to mug you while you were actively armed and able to defend yourself. Their intention was to use the baseball bat to make you drop your firearm, after which they could proceed with the mugging. Once you had dropped your firearm, you were no longer armed.
It is worth considering that selling drugs comes with a level of risk, especially when doing so alone and while paying limited attention to your surroundings. You are expected to take this risk into account.
