Why should this player be punished?: I gunpointed someone at DD today, though he decided to just sell & AFK whilst under GP. After this situation he just left the server, re-entered and disconnected again.

I have made efforts to contact @Ublana but have failed to receive a response.

After reviewing @ylmzzers's demo it seems very clear that he went AFK to avoid being mugged.
