Why should this player be punished?: The player tried to mug me, i followed his commands. He then stored his gun so I picked my gun up again to try turn the tables as he was no longer a threat to me. He then broke 3.4 by not cancelling the gun pickup and instead 180 me and kill me...

As seen in the clip, the guy that told me to exit was immediatly shot at by my teammate. Instead of getting out into incoming gunfire my best chances were to stay inside and keep cover for the time being. The guy was then quickly killed. When you told me to exit I got out within 3 seconds and complied with you.

@Kronen - Since you're claiming this user is breaking 3.4 because he didn't know if you had a pistol or not, why didn't you pull it out and order him to cancel the equip animation or shoot him? Instead you ran away to pick up another gun from a body when you saw Lesley pick up his own.

On that same note, why didn't you yourself cancel the equip animation since you were visibly unarmed and under gunpoint with verbal orders? It's quite clear you didn't pose a threat to Lesley anymore because you had stored your weapon and hadn't equipped a pistol.

@_Wxsley_ - Why didn't you comply when told to get out of the car? I understand that your friend is shooting the user that told you, but one of the raiders immediately changed his positioning to a point where you would not have been caught in the crossfire.​

I'm not claiming i had a pistol im just saying the principle that i could've had one and he was literally just gun pointed by me so he shouldn't pick his gun up

I didnt cancel the gun animation since he was completely behind me and I couldn't see him pointing the gun at me as well as the fact i was just annoyed since he shouldn't have picked the gun up in the first place

Like I said, he was shot at immediatly when telling me to exit. He was at that point not paying attention to me and was not a threat to me. If I got out I would've had a high chance of entering straight gunfire, he then ran off to the side of the farm where was wasn't a threat to me. My best chance was to stay in the vehicle at that time. Once I saw that I was under gunpoint again and it was safe to exit I did.

Thats not true, you noticed me picking the gun up so you knew it was there.

@Kronen It's quite clear you violated 3.4 in this situation, unfortunately you were outsmarted and once the tables turned you refused to comply; as soon as you put your weapon into the trunk you were no longer a threat to Lesley, so he was in his complete right to pick up his gun and attempt to gunpoint you, on that same note you had more than enough time to comply under gunpoint and cancel the equip animation, you were more than aware he was armed because you watched him pick up his gun and immediately ran off to grab another gun to arm yourself.

Because of this rule violation I will be issuing you a 3 week ban, please take this time to refresh on the rules since you have just gotten off of a 3 month ban not even a month ago.

No punishment will be issued to @_Wxsley_ because when he was first ordered out of the car, a gunfight started; it would be more of a 3.4 break if he had gotten out during the gunfight, it's also clear he did not stall once the gunfight stalled, getting out of the car and immediately putting his hands up.

Either comply or carry an emergency pistol and zipties next time.
