Why should this player be punished?: Me and my partner went into pursuit of a stolen red porsche 911. We lost the vehicle after pursuing it for a bit. When arriving at business roundabout, we encountered it again. I managed to pin it and the occupants, Shirley and Cody, got out and pulled their weapons out, firing upon us over a stolen vehicle.

How did you know you were wanted for murder? Did you see anyone take DNA or did you do a warrant check?

I still don't get your full point of view here. In what timeframe did you kill the person, steal their vehicle and then get chased by officers? Did officers show up literally right at the location where the guy was unconscious on the floor, or did we encounter you at a different location once we got the stolen vehicle alert?
Do note I only arrived to attach to the pursuit. I'm not the one who initially engaged, so I need a bit of context for what lead you to think you're wanted for murder.

no i crowbared the car then cops came when it opend then the owner came and started to shoot so we shot back then we hopped in the car and left

Hello, I was an ems who I believe responded to the initial stolen car/life alert assuming the car was stolen from bank parking.
When we got on scene there was 3 uncon people including an officer. DNA was taken by I believe headline? and other medics and all people revived. We actually called you out when you went to regals, and later on as you entered oak Hill down to city junction. Hope this helps ur action request

If the events did unfold like one step ahead explained I fully understand. Of course I'll leave it up to the moderator that claims this to how far they wanna further investigate how things occured.

However, I did not set a warrant due to another civilian who got involved and also shot, the people who were downed was a new player who shot for no reason really (Pretty sure this was the DNA from Cody, I'm not sure though)
and the owner of the vehicle.
There was also an officer down, I am not sure if Headline was able to find the body of the officer, as I didn't

I do believe they definetily had reason to believe they were warranted though.

As for the pursuit:
We arrived on scene due to a life alert, and saw the vehicle drive off.
Only established it was stolen when the owner of the vehicle told us.

I don't think it was. We weren't explicitly aware that you shot and murdered an officer prior to DNA being taken and you being past identifiable to be the one from the DNA. I do think its worth for staff to investigate a bit more here, because I believe you might've been lacking enough suspicion to know you're risking 9.2/9.5 from how ashur is explaining things!

we didn´t shoot at cops when we stole and killed the owner and both me and cody shot at the owner of the car but he got the kill and the medic did say he took dna of the bodies and the new player was with us

The new player (Whom I guess was in your organisation) had explained to me he shot the owner of the vehicle because they pointed a gun at them accidently for a very brief moment.
I had given them a ticket due to being new and explained to them that the owner was protecting his property, therefore the civilian should have not involved themselves.
At no point were me, or Headline aware that the new player was with you guys.

yea he told us he talked his way out but he helped defend me while stealing the car
