How do I find the demo you are after?
To find your demo and upload it, follow these steps;
> Locate Garrys Mod on Steam
> Right Click "Browse Local Files"
> Go into "garrysmod"
> Go into "data"
> Go into "phdemos"
There you will find the demo required.

If you upload your demo to https://demo.a1larsen.de then only administration would see it, and demos do not record your own voice, only others.
As per rule 1.6 Cooperation with Staff Members, you must upload your demos in a reasonable amount of time when asked to do so.
I'm afraid ill have to refuse giving in my demo and break 1.6, because my friend was saying really inappropriate things. (not @onestepahead10)

if the person you were talking to was not on GMod, the audio would not be captured in the Demo. Demos only capture the source engine audio, not anything external.
