Why should this player be punished?: My friend had accidently ran this person over, we went to city shop to buy items and I was waiting in the car. I hopped out and this player comes up-to me and randomly kills me.

I have reached out to Lukape through Discord and here is what he had to say:

wdym? you guys almost killed me. You make me be mildly injured as you guys run me over.I tryied to dodge you to avoid being run over, and after running me over one time, you guys reverse and run me over again, making me thinking was intentionalThe funny fact its is in the shootout your friend do unrealistic movements jumping like if the game was fortnite with a shotgun.Doesnt matter if it was intentional or not, you make me unnecesary damage.

Also don't worry about the evidence having expired, I have it downloaded in my computer.

Is it true that your friend backed up into him on purpose for no reason? If so, why did you exactly crop the clip so that is not shown?

That statement he made is a complete fabrication of what actually happened, my friend accidently hit him once and in the video you can hear him say "Sorry, I wasn't ramming you". Even if hypothetically he was being rammed by my friend, he enacted a KOS on the complete wrong person who was not involved in anyway. I have a clip after he has been ran over, we do not reverse and we drive straight to city shop where he kills me. I will privately send you an extended clip, which disproves his claim that after my friend hit him once that he reversed again into him.

While it does seem pretty obvious that John enacted KOS on the wrong person, I will still review his demo to get a feel of the whole situation, and whether it may have been an honest mistake from his POV or rather just complete lack of attention. I will also check his claims of unrealistic movement.

@Leonixoo After reviewing the demo, you running him over seems pretty intentional, as you drive on a straight line with 0 intent to turn or brake as he stood on a pedestrian area (you even turn in his direction when it seems like he may dodge your attempt last second), and as you drive backwards you run him over once more. Is there a particular reason why?

so basically when u turn towards storage, theres this lane dividor? Idk how u call it and im pretty sure i crashed into that, and went out to fix my car (thats why u can see me fixing my car in the chat) and when i sat back into the car, i did a bigger turn than i should and instead of driving straight i went into storage and accidentally hit the guy. I apologised to him, told him i was not ramming and yeah i reversed my car, heading towards city shop i didnt think it was any bad blood because sometimes in this game the delay is just too high and u cant drive perfectly and then i thought i heard "yeah im gonna kill you"
