Why should this player be punished?: I was walking from Club Neon towards storage to get some items for a karaoke roleplay event that I was participating in when mao kaisa began prop pushing a roadcrew car into the air for no apparent reason other than insulting the roadcrew and calling them a "piece of shit". The vehicle was launched into the air and landed directly on me, killing me.

As a result, I lost my fully kitted glock 18C. My black Scion, which can be seen next to me in the clip, was also moved and damaged. The roadcrew impounded my Scion because of this, meaning I lost access to my own vehicle and had to pay for it to be fixed and unimpounded because of something I had no part in causing.

After being revived, I noticed that my glock 18c was missing. I tried asking mao kaisa to return my weapon, but he refused and instead started mocking me. When I told him I would make an admin sit, his behaviour made the situation even more upsetting and i felt very vulnerable.

I was simply trying to enjoy an event I was participating in and have a good time with other players. Instead, I ended up dead, lost my new kitted out weapon, was made fun off and mocked and had my own car damaged and impounded because of someone else's actions.

I genuinely felt vulnerable and hurt while trying to resolve this with him, especially when I was also shot during the interaction. Rather than showing any understanding or trying to resolve the situation, he continued making fun of me for asking for my belongings back.

I have attached two clips showing the incident and the interaction afterwards.

I was here when this had happened, even though what Mao did, someone did steal your weapon and after that happened, we were happy to compensate you. I believe it was an accident in what you got caught in. Midway through that conversation of trying to get what you lost back, we all got rdm'd by some new player. He did apologise and tried giving you stuff back.

Happy to compensate and mocking at the same time does not work togheter.

It does. Lighten up. Not everyone is one dimensional. I even tried finding you but you were no where to be found, we both wouldn't have left you empty handed if it weren't for that guy killing everyone.

Formal defense on behalf of Mao Kaisa (mage). We request this Action Request be dismissed based on three clear facts:

1. No Malice or Targeted VDM: The vehicle launch was an unintended physics accident during an in-character confrontation with Roadcrew, not a deliberate attack on the complainant.

2. Third-Party Interventions Broke the Chain of Events:

The Glock: Mao did not take the weapon; an opportunistic bystander looted it. Mao cannot return what he does not have.

The Interrupted Compensation: As witness huexd confirms, Mao was actively willing to compensate the complainant. This was completely derailed when an unrelated player mass-RDM'd the entire group.

The Impound: Roadcrew impounded the Scion on their own discretion, not Mao.

3. IC Banter \neq Harassment: Sarcastic in-character remarks during a chaotic situation do not constitute administrative toxicity, nor do they erase the effort made to settle the matter before everyone was shot.

Past reports cited by the complainant are irrelevant prejudice. Given the lack of intent, the external looter, and the intervening mass RDM, administrative punishment is unwarranted. The complainant should be directed to the standard refund request section for his lost items.

@Mage I don't think I need to tell you this, but please don't prop push vehicles.
Mage will be receiving a warning for breaking rule 3.7. If this repeats, a harsher punishment will be put in place.

Feel free to make a Refund Request for your Glock.
