Why should this player be punished?: Overall, being a minge and getting themselves killed for it.

They were telling us that we should raid Southgate (which is where they live), which would be putting their lives and property at risk for no reason. I believe this would be 3.4, as what good reason could you have for telling people to raid the place where you live? https://streamable.com/7ewf4m

After which, probably knowing we were all armed with ARs, seeing our friend hop in our car, they tried to steal his van, knowing we were still in the area, most likely trying to bait us into a shootout, which is likely, due to the way they reacted when they witnessed us pull up. When they witnessed us pull up and pull out guns, they hopped out of their car and attempted to flee for cover so they could pull out a gun, which resulted in their death. - https://streamable.com/t11ktk

Hello. I have been made aware that it is also against the rules, as it is considered unrealistic and unfair to crowbar a van from the inside. Therefore, I would also like to add, the person who was crowbarring our friend's van to the AR.

After reviewing both clips, I have concluded that the only rule violation that occurred was 2.1 by McBib.

No other rules were broken, as the remaining actions were deemed acceptable. While the players were instigating a raid, this does not fall under 3.4; if it did, standard raiding would also have to be categorized as such, which is not the case unless other factors come into play. Regarding the vehicle theft, after consulting with another staff member, we have determined this was not a rule violation.

McBib has been contacted through Discord regarding the 2.1 violation and will be issued a warning.
2.1 - The user crowbarred a van from inside the rear trunk.
