Why should this player be punished?: Guns were combat confiscated/minge grabbed whilst org members were still on scene. Cops were fighting with org members when mine and Mak's gun were seemingly missing when org members went to check.

I seemingly saw there were no cops left (I checked) then I went up with a luger to counter raid when I was soon to be met with a cop car racing toward regals so I ran down and got detained when they let me go and I did pickup an ak 101 and run.

I have reviewed the demo, and @sako has not broken any rules. @flux, unfortunately, where you died in the corner, the police responding did not notice your gun in the corner and were not watching over it.

@sako had investigated and ensured correctly that there were no police on scene and had attempted to counter raid. Police then showed up where he attempted to flee the scene and was gunpointed near your body, police then allowed him to pick up his own gun and leave. When the police were out of sight, it gave him an opportunity to grab your gun and immediately flee the scene without risking his life or freedom, given the short distance between where he got gunpointed and your weapon. @sako furthermore did not store the weapon until it was safe to do so.
