Why should this player be punished?: Player failed to investigate whether cops were outside due to a previous incident.
The player walked in, walked out, threw a flash, shot at us and was ultimately killed by me.
if it wasn't me, cops would have shot at the player, thoroughly risking his life in all outcomes.

It was pretty clear and obvious that the police were still on scene and right outside the building as they can be heard speaking, and later on they immediatly report the shots fired inside the building.

@Master Oogway your 3.4 record is horrible to say the least and also includes the exact same scenario in another ban reason.

Because of this @Master Oogway will receive a 3 month ban for 3.4.
