Why should this player be punished?: User started following us during a police chase starting at casino and ending at on ramp at subrubs, yelling: "pull over, pull over" "teamwork makes the dream work." Looks like he was trying to assist the police during the chase and was trying to box us in using a Ferrari causing us to get captured. We have had no previous interactions with this guy.

User broke 3.6, 3.4 & 2.1.

@blobvis 2.0 was chasing me and there to witness it.

i'll be honest i've not played in years, fired on for a half hour without reading the rules again - this one's my bad. totally forgot it wasnt allowed in the heat of the moment.

i'll go away and re-read the rules and familiarize myself with them before i play again.
