Why should this player be punished?: The guy hit someone with his car who was jaywalking that I was dealing with, then idling in the opposite lane in the road, when I tried to ticket him for that, realized it's not his car so I told him to get out. He tried to flee but I rammed him out of the car. He then opened fire on me for no reason later resulting in him being downed and losing his gun. He had no prior DNA or interactions or warrants with cops. Shot me over a 5 year sentence at most. I had to get off perpheads so I'm making the AR.

You were not carrying any drugs, here are the logs showing that you had stored the drugs you most recently harvested

You clearly were not in any trouble regarding a potential charge of reckless endangerment or physical assault with an offensive weapon, as the cops were telling you to leave repeatedly after you ran the jaywalker over, which you failed to do. This entire situation could have been avoided if you just drove away as instructed instead of failing to cooperate and idling on the wrong side of the road. What's more, if those two charges (reckless driving and illegal transportation) were your main concerns, you should know that none of those offenses are enough to start a pursuit and/or open fire against the police, so please keep it in mind for future interactions.
