Why should this player be punished?: I am requesting that staff review MJ's conduct and issue the appropriate punishment for repeated racist remarks made toward me during our interaction.
During the incident, MJ directed multiple racist insults at me in OOC/LOOC, including calling me an "ape," and "ghetto thug." He also used some insult with chocolate something . These comments were completely unnecessary and violate the server's rules regarding harassment and discriminatory behavior.
What makes this situation even more concerning is that I was punished with a 5-day ban after the report was reopened, while I was told MJ would also receive punishment, but as far as I can tell, nothing has happened. If I was punished for my conduct, then the person who initiated the racist remarks should also be held accountable.
My in-game character is white, which makes it even more clear that these comments were not roleplay-related and were simply being used as insults in OOC/LOOC. Racist language has no place in the community, regardless of who it is directed toward.
I'm asking staff to review the logs from the report and apply the rules fairly and consistently. I am not asking for special treatment am simply asking that the same standards used to punish me are also applied to MJ for the racist comments he made. At the end of the day the admin said MJ would be punished also and nothing has happened and hes still playing the server.
