Why should this player be punished?: This person previously harrassed both myself and org members of K&K and was warned to stop by @curak which will explain the players actions.

Refused to pull over in city garage as they were going around it the wrong way, stalled for several long minutes, drove past a parking lot, pulled over at the taxi station despite requests to pull over in slums parking lot instead, after all this requested a supervisor (there was none on) After being issued a ticket for failure to cooperate with law enforcement, they ran over an officer due to being reckless, not paying attention or on purpose. When asked to pay the current outstanding ticket, decided to flee.

Risked their own freedom for no reason at all. Made the whole process awkward because he doesn't like me or whatever. Isn't the first time this has happened while I have been on PD.

To add to this, on a previous occasion he tried to inferring that I couldn't speak properly (I mean I can't but he could clearly still understand me). Risked his freedom by cutting across the field at speed and had continued to drive down the wrong side of the road (5s previous to all of this he was tailing me - I was in my cop car.)
Making things unnecessary just because he doesn't like me or whatever you call this, despite me treating him just like I would anybody else and have never done anything negative to this person whatsoever. I would happily challenge this person to prove otherwise.

On another separate incident, he tried to kill an EMS worker at range, not just a warning shot, I don't have evidence of this although the EMS worker might. I hope this shows that he is just being really weird for no reason at all to myself and other members of the org that he was once apart of.

I am just tried of it at this point as you may be able to tell. It is childish beyond belief. Thank you.

I may add more to this since I have been told he has said some things to my other org members since his warning from Curak.

Its funny that you mention Curak here, as you are the one going after me evry time you see me now that you play as a cop, in the past days you been after me evry time you saw my car, also what's the point of you saying i shoot medics while doing an AR for something else if I did then the medic himself can do an AR, he was combat reviving or bracking3,4 as there where an active shootout, for what is concerning yerterday you try putting me fines for bunch of stuff aldo my car was just left on the wrong side at gas station, what was the point here of you interaction? arrassment. Oh and yeah do you want me to mention the fact that prior to that you took me to jail for suposubly reckless driving for passing you going 40 in a 80 zone. When I pulledover from you unclear instructions, you gave me more tickets then told me to leave, you mate was running in the street as you instructed me to leave at that moment for some reason he decided to pass behind my car, so i stop. you gunpoint me out of the car as I was already stopped. You than say you are going to arrest me, then you say you will give me tickets, and than you just let me go, so I leave and when i insult you you become mad and start shooting at me, also you are the one who set me free. On my pov he never said to me to come back after he released me aldo he shoot my car on that occasion.

Also After curak talked to me i never encoured them again,
aldo Willie been playing cop and like I said evry time he sees me he pulls me over for random offenses that no one cares about just to harass me.

I told you where do you want me to go you say go strait or back, going back would of been going on the oposite side of the road so i went strait to the neareast parcking lot, that was in front of me as you ascked, and to cross double yellow is a crime i never did when i passed you, when i ascked for a supervisor you lied to him in order to book me in jail
