Why should this player be punished?: He gP and shotat my car for simply leaving lakeview becasue they was planning to raid it and then decided to GP at gas station because i was leaving there

Mak has told me that you (or someone else) had given them warning shots earlier when you were raiding. Is this true?

involved : i did give mak warning shots to leave prior to them countering. I dont know anything abt this AR tho so thats all i can input

I never said i as only leaving , we had raided lakeview and killed some people but that was 5 minutes previous to me leaving i went to leave to get a van to take some drugs , Another person gave warning shots but there was no evidence i was involved in a raid other than them using outsider info that they knew i was in SFG

Involved : @Mak Saw you holding your gun and it was pretty obvious you guys were raiding by peeking the front door constantly with your gun in hands

We knew there was a raid and you were leaving the area of where I just got shot from with a gun out.

i was leaving a raid before u even countered , just cause u had "planned" to counter doesnt mean you can shoot at a leaving vehicle when u dont have KOS

Through the clips/evidence provided it's not too far fetched to conclude that you are involved in a raid at Lakeview.

You are using your phone and communicating to someone, hastily leaving and re-entering.
At 0:42 Mak receives warning shots to back off. There are multiple people scouting throughout farm+highway and behind the gas station.
After that you are re-entering Lakeview after the warning shot. At this point it's also pretty straight forward that whoever fired the warning shot did not do so again towards you, this is because you are related.
You were also given a chance to stop to a gunpoint but due to you driving off in a hurry we believe it further solidified these claims made by the counter raiders that you were involved in the raid. Of course it's a split second decision you have to make as your life is at risk due to someone pointing a gun at you but the chance was given as you weren't immediately shot upon and they only attempted to get you to stop also via the previous car collision.

You coming back later and trying to kill them pretty much confirmed that you weren't just a regular person leaving Lakeview.
