@LuryFaz Why and how did you wreck the Porsche 918 Spyder you stole yesterday around 23:50 BST? I have also requested the user's demo in case they fail to respond to the forums. Also, if the clip did show the user breaking the rules regarding the wrecking of your vehicle, make sure to re-upload it so it can be used as evidence.

The demo shows @LuryFaz stealing the car, running over an EMS, getting on the highway, and smashing the car against a median. The first action I will be lenient with, as he was running away from the people shooting him from one of the office windows and it does seem relatively accidental, but I really do not understand why he crashed the vehicle later on the highway, as there were no cops nor people following him whatsoever, and this is pretty evident in the demo. I will attempt to reach out to the user throughout the next 24 hours to see what he has to say.

After talking to the user, he argues he was hyped up by the initial shootout and crashed it by accident. Like I said, I will be lenient and not take the whole EMS part into consideration, as the shooting was still relatively recent (even if he was nowhere in range from the office windows) and he barely touched the EMS before he ragdolled. I will issue a warning, however, for not driving carefully and causing tier damage to the stolen car, as it was pretty evident he was safe by then, and the shootout was not all that recent by that point.

You may make a refund request with the exact price of the Tier damage, engine repair, and car wash.
