I was involved in a couple of these RDM attempts too, they stood on city garage shooting at people, in which me and a friend of mine had to raid their property cause they retreated there TWICE because on multiple occasions they just went out to shoot people for fun.

On cop I pulled them over for a second to tell them to put headlights on, then drove off, the second I did they opened fire on me, which resulted in Travis' death.
