Why should this player be punished?: First of all excuse me for not digging up the details of the gentleman, however due to little to no staff on duty the ticket (#191 iirc) was not really handled, so i didnt even ask for the steam name or steamid.
Well I came up to that scene as officer. There were 2 parties. Dude in the cyan shirt - lets call him steave, and the other 2 dudes one in the crocks sweater and the other with shorts.
The steve guy ran up 2 me in casino, told me that the other 2 whipped out a gun and GPed him at the parking.
The crock dude with the shorts dude said that the steve guy was driving in circles trying to run them over.
5 min of chitchat later, I decide to let all the gentleman go, as this is mostly a word against word situation, whilst also advising the croc guy to store his gun into his trunk, as a gesture of goodwill, instead of straight confiscating that firearm. The thing is that he did not consent to a search, but he admitted to having that firearm on him.
Imagine my surprise 5 seconds lated, while i got lobotomized by 9x19 luger by that absolute champion, for zero actual reason, and for actually being nice to someone.
