Why should this player be punished?: After Jonny Crook was on an active shootout unarmed and presumably not leaving, I shoot him thinking he is another shooter since I just killed one infront of me, as he is running into bank I dont see a gun so I try to go bandage him and he bleeds out. I then call EMS to revive him, apologize to him profusely and then I go talk to the sweater SS's about what to do since mayor is now dead. Whilst talking to them he somehow comes back with a gun and trys to revenge kill me for it, and instead gets killed in the process. After we get to pd and I am about to arrest him he requests for a supervisor, note he was fully talking and not being rude when revived but when he came back he acted way different, silent, slightly rude, and somehow without going to storage had a gun. Will be getting the clip for the first half soon.

I was armed. i had the pistol and was involved in and killed the mayor myself. I was leaving and the TFU shot me and gave me a bleed which i went unconcious to in bank. I got revived and healed and was quite pissed off that the TFU had shot me for no reason. So i went back into the bank looking for my pistol which got dropped when i went unconscious and went to go gunpoint the TFU. My Mic glitched and i clearly didn't give any verbal commands because of it. the TFU then tried to run away. i thought i gave verbal commands so i started shooting. as for the SS i blanked him so thats on me i thought he was a new player dressed in a suit.

Also the reason i thought he wasn't an SS is because i had seen all of the SS on die inside the mayors office when we raided it and they would have been under NLR

You could have just left mate, if I didnt know you participated in killing the mayor you could have just left mate and wouldnt have gotten into a 20 minute supervisor sit that led to nothing, you served about 2.5x your sentence.

Why did you try to gun-point the TFU, what was the purpose? If you had participated in the assassination of the mayor, why did you not just try to flee when you had the chance? It seems like the TFO had no intention of arresting you.

They took DNA so i assumed i would be warranted and i was highkey mad he shot me for no reason. In retrospect i shouldn't have shot at TFU and should have left the scene

I have already reached a conclusion as to what happened and what rules were broken, but I am quite confused as to what you mean by this. You were not reported over anything relating to the SS nor is there anything in the presented evidence that points to it. Why and when did you kill that SS, and what makes you think it was a mistake on your end?

I didn't kill the ss?. That SS was also NLR'ing as he was literally just killed inside of the city hall

@Namelessgod11 As you yourself admitted, you should not have shot the TFU. You may not take revenge on government employees under any circumstances, even if they shot you. Furthermore, you argue you must have been warranted, but it was very, very clear that the cop had no intention to arrest you. You had every chance to walk away, yet you decided to come back and engage. As for @HeraldJohnson's actions, I understand you have chosen to handle them through an Internal Affairs Complaint rather than asking for administrative action as pointed above, so I will not dig deeper into it. If you do think that a rule was broken by Herald, my DMs are open, although the staff member who I checked this with and myself agree that the PLPD complaint is the best course of action.

Finally, the SS re-spawns in the City Hall. Herald's demo will not be uploaded in a long time, so I cannot check it through there, but I will request your demo @Namelessgod11 and have a look. I have no reason to believe the SS broke NLR based on what was presented, but I will still have a good look for good measure. I will not deal with that within this AR in order to resolve it once and for all, thank you everyone for your cooperation. A warning will be issued.
