Why should this player be punished?: 2.5 shot me with no hesitation clearly seeing that I am unarmed and I did not do any drastic actions towards him as I was simply opening the door to rearm when he was mugging my friend which I don't think is even safe to do since we were in the middle of defending against PD

When conducting raids on bases, players may kill occupants who are:
Known to be armed
Aren’t surrendering
Entering/exiting the building with visible weapons
Unarmed occupants caught off-guard during silent raids must not be killed on sight.

With this in mind, do you still think the user broke the rules in that regard? Was it a silent raid?

I will also be contacting the user regarding raiding while PD were on-scene. Since he does not have a forums account or linked Discord, I will be attempting to reach out to them on Steam.

Hi, the video is from my pov, it was a silent raid and no one knew I was getting mugged so yuno was not aware at all, we killed most of active pd (if not all) and then he came up behind me as I was refilling mags

Since the user is fairly active, I have demo requested him to see his entire POV (did he see cops on scene before raiding, did he silent raid, etc). If he does not connect within the next couple of days, I will request both of your demos instead.

I just bought office 5 and I was not sure why I could not get in. But after I was able to get inside, I stooped hearing gunshots. So I thought it was clear, and I decided to try to counter. I went down and the door was open. I ran in and gave Hustron orders, but he was braking fearrp. I told him multiple times to drop his stuff, but he did not. I thought I was allowed to mug people from my friend, as long as I had a gun on them. After the door opened and I saw another player which I killed. I thought I was allowed to kill people when I'm raiding but I saw your message on rule 2.5. I'm broke rule 2.5 but will make sure I follow it in the future when I'm raiding. I wasn't armed no visible or concealed weapons were on me
I was not even given the chance to surrender or a command at least
back to point 1 I entered the property with no visible weapon
I haven't seen this player nor he ever saw me so I don't think he can conclude that I am armed and a threat to his life
