Why should this player be punished?: Mass rdm, guy was going around the city shooting people at random the whole night. I am going to @Soap as well because he was on medic with me at the time and he also randomly came and shot and murdered him as well. Idk if he has a clip or not but I only have 1 clip sadly but you should demo request him for sure. He's just been going around randomly shooting people all night.
