Why should this player be punished?: Player in question after killing a cop at regals had DNA on him, He then stalled putting his hands up trying to argue the toss with 2 officers me and jackle while being GP'ed

@NoHailMary Please can you explain your actions in the above clip, why did you not comply under gunpoint from officers for a prolonged time?

I admit that I avoided surrendering longer than was appropriate. My only intention was to have the officers state the reason I was being arrested.

Neither myself nor my org members knew with certainty that I had killed anyone.

In my opinion the officer purposefully misrepresented the situation in front of my ally as he initially stated that I was seen in the area and only admitted to having DNA when I had been isolated.

That being said I do not think there is any acceptable reason to refuse to comply under gunpoint and in the future I won’t hesitate to do so.

Thank you for admitting to your mistake. It's likely the officer did so to try and avoid your ally being made aware that you were being detained for a crime that could warrant them attempting to free you.

Considering your response accepting accountability, your record and that you did eventually comply with the orders, I feel a warning will suffice on this occasion.
