Why should this player be punished?: 3.4 - Player was AFK as I raided him - I instructed him to put his hands up under gunpoint before I realised he was AFK, I then yelled stating I had a hostage to police. He had the opportunity to check chat and understand the situation he was in, not dissimilar from ALOO89's case which I will link below. He then shot me, causing me to bleed and be unable to hold my position, so I was pushed and killed.

As far as I understand from this dispute, the onus should be on him to react to the situation only when he's sure of what has occurred, therefore this is 3.4.

As there was no /mes done, there wouldn't be anything for the other user to act on/comply with upon their return as you were running about in and out.
Should this same situation occur again, I would recommend that you use /mes or stay with the user and create an f6 for staff to force surrender / ziptie allowing you to disarm the user without having to kill them.
