His friend was punching me so I started to defend myself, then Alex drew a gun and killed me while I was trying to surrender

Player failed to accept my friend request and seemingly has not been on since, as such I will proceed without his input.
He had quite clearly here escalated the situation in a manner that was grossly negative towards the other party, pulling his firearm after his mate had pulled the first punches and started the fist fight, killing you here, was against 2.5

As such he will be receiving a 2 day ban for 2.5
